Emerges in the spring with vibrant, lemon-yellow leaves that are wrapped with incredible ruffles. The foliage is silky-smooth and somewhat twisted, with chalky-white undersides. Red petioles hold the leaves in a semi-upright, fountain-like mound with lavender flowers in late summer.
