Wonderful frosty blue leaves with good substance. Each pointed leaf has a strongly rolled up edge with large, intense ruffles. Some leaves are rolled and ruffled so much that the edges nearly touch, revealing the powdery white underside. Flowers in midsummer with widely flared, lavender flowers.
